To operate the Band Factory platform, we charge a small service fee to customers and bands.
Customer Service Fee
We charge a service fee directly to customers to help us provide services like a money-back guarantee (if your band is unable to perform at your event for any reason within their control and is unable to provide you with a refund, we will refund you in full).
Band Service Fee
We charge a service fee directly to bands for services such as producing their live videos, audio recordings and photography.
